The first crack
marks
the earliest development stage.
It is
sometimes muted,
sometimes delicately fresh in flavor.
After a period of silence, the second crack begin,
softer and gentler,
deceptively nuanced, enigmatic,
richly to sharply bittersweet.
At least, that’s the stereotype.
The quiet finish centers around
